Gabby Concepcion Faces Falsification Case Filed by Younger Brother

The veteran actor and prominent celebrity Gabby Concepcion is in hot water after he was sued by his younger brother for selling their land reportedly using fake documents.

The case against Gabby Concepcion was filed by his younger brother Miguel Concepcion who sued him for allegedly falsifying documents in order to sell their family owned lot measuring around 890 square meter.

The controversial lot was owned by their mother Maria Lourdes Concepcion Arellano in San Juan City located at 3736 P. Guevarra St., Barangay Addition Hills.

“Their mother was in the United States and could not have signed the documents nor appeared in front of the notary public as stated in the acknowledgement page submitted to the Land Registration Authority (LRA),” Miguel’s lawyer Tyrone Cimafranca said.

Miguel Concepcion have reportedly learned about his  older brother's transaction after arriving from the US two months ago as he retired from his work in the states.

The younger Concepcion approached his brother about this but he was just ignored. Based upon the initial information gathered by some media outlets, the lot is currently rented by a school.
